MAKING A PURCHASE
It is easy to make a purchase. Simply browse our Catalogue, click on any items
that you wish to purchase and put them in the shopping cart. On completing your
selection, click on CHECKOUT and answer the questions we require to process your
order.
We accept the following cards Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, Mastercard,
Delta, Maestro
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
You can rest assured that all payments are processed using the highest
level of security available. Your card information goes direct to the
Bank's Secure Server so that we never have your card information, and,
importantly, your details are never stored on computer and there are no
paper receipts.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Our software will automatically calculate shipping and handling charges for all
orders.
DELIVERY
We will normally send your order same day, or the next day, if you order after
1pm, We only process and post order on Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm. Our Carriers however
do not guarantee next day delivery. If for any reason our carriers are unable
to deliver to the address provided and no one is available to sign for receipt
of parcel, we reserve the right, at our Carrier's discretion, to deliver to a
neighbour. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
TAX CHARGES
VAT @ 17.5% is payable and is included in the prices displayed at the Check-Out.
VAT is also payable on Post & Packing charges.
YOUR INFORMATION
Identity Checks. We carry out in certain circumstances identity checks to verify
the person ordering is who they say they are.We use the information to fulfill
orders and customer requirements, deliver orders, process

completion and account processing activities, and will be used only in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will never pass your details on to another
party without your permission.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
Every item on GreenJem.co.uk will have an appropriate description and a
representative image. In some cases the product may vary slightly from
the image displayed where we have updated the packaging or improved the
look of the product. Also we reserve the right to refuse a sale of a
product in the events of pricing errors.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with any purchase from GreenJem.co.uk, you may return
any product within 30 working days of receipt, providing that the product is in
a resellable condition, ie. That the product is not damaged, opened/unsealed,
has not been used in any way and that the
product is complete with the original packing. These Terms & Conditions do
not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
GUARANTEE/RETURNS
You can return any item within 30 days of receipt in its original condition,
and with all original packaging for any reason. We will credit your card for the
full value of goods returned, less our shipping costs, as charged. We regret that
we cannot accept return of products where the item has been unsealed. It is important
to enclose a note in the parcel, stating the ORDER NUMBER. We regret that items
returned without an ORDER NUMBER will not be processed.

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives visibly damaged, under no circumstances
should you accept delivery.
If however, damage is not apparent on delivery please notify us immediately,
so that we can submit a claim without delay. (our carriers have very tight deadlines)
Under no circumstances should you return goods to us which have been damaged
in transit, before emailing us, as this will invalidate any
claim we have against the carriers concerned.
WEBSITE ERRORS (DESCRIPTION, PICTURE OR PRICE)
We try to keep our product information (picture, price and description) correct,
however, if for some reason you are charged incorrectly for an item, we reserve
the right to correct the price and charge accordingly. You will be notified if
this happens, and asked if you wish to proceed with the order.
